Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Scope

This Policy explains how corehosterne.com (PE, registration code 05015346) handles returns and refunds. It applies alongside the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. How to Return

Email booking@corehosterne.com or call +380 967 584 8644 with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Do not send items without prior confirmation.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are refunded only if the item was faulty or incorrect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalised, perishable, and hygiene-sealed products are not returnable unless defective. Digital goods are non-refundable once accessed.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return results from our error or a defective item. We recommend a tracked service; we are not liable for items lost in return transit.

7. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX. You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court to protect your rights.

We process your contact and order data only to handle returns and refunds, on the basis of your consent and contract performance, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI.
